Michelle is a fitness enthusiast who became a certified Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Pole Moves instructor in 2015. In 2016, she also went on to become a certified Liquid Motion instructor. Michelle is our resident flexibility coach.
Michelle instantly fell in love with Pole Fitness in 2013 when she realized that it was an activity that combined both fun and exercise.
Michelle enjoys sharing her knowledge and helping others achieve things they didn’t think were possible. While working to master the fitness side of Pole, Michelle enjoys the soft and sensual side the most, because to her, it is a safe haven; a way to break away from reality where she can exist in her own world.
